What information we collect
When you send us an enquiry through the form on the website, by email, WhatsApp, Viber or phone, we receive the information you give us:
- your name and email address
- your phone number (optional)
- your arrival and departure dates, the number of adults and children and your preferred apartment
- anything you write in your message
We do not ask for or store payment card details on this website.
Why we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and send you availability and prices (based on your consent and on your request before a booking)
- if you book with us, to arrange and manage your stay and to meet our legal and tax obligations
We do not use your information for advertising and we never sell it.
Where it is stored and who receives it
Enquiries are sent to our email account (Gmail, provided by Google) and are also kept in the database of this website, which is hosted by our web hosting provider. These providers only process the information on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to reply to you and for up to 12 months afterwards. If you book with us, we keep the booking details for as long as the law requires.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It only uses cookies that are needed for the website to work, for example to remember the language you chose. To display the text fonts, the website loads them from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Just send us an email at kamaraholidays@gmail.com.
